The house
A modern two-storey house directly above a small, sheltered Atlantic cove on the far side of the Twelve Apostles from the city. The beach, the granite boulders of the shoreline and the mountain behind are all visible from the pool terrace, and there are no shops in the immediate area, which keeps it quiet; Camps Bay and Clifton are a short drive north.
The ground floor is one open room with glass on two sides, opening to the lawn and the pool on one side and to the sea view on the other, finished in wood floors and ceilings with an island kitchen and a long dining table. There is a home cinema, an exercise room, a fireplace and a lift between floors. Upstairs, four double bedrooms open onto balconies, three of them with their own bathroom; a twin room and a small single room for a child share a bathroom.
A private chef and a maid are included with the house, as are airport transfers and a welcome basket on arrival. A butler, pre-stocking of the kitchen and excursions can be arranged in addition.
