That is the standard on every residence we source, not an upgrade priced above it.

For members buying rather than renting, we also place super-prime, off-market residential property, sourced quietly and introduced before it reaches a listing page.

How this works
A stay is arranged against a brief rather than listed for browsing. Tell us where, when, how many, and what the household needs to do, and we source the residence and the staff to match it — then come back with a proper quote, the same way we would for a yacht or an aircraft not already in the fleet. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you agree it.
