Every one comes with a chef and a housekeeper already engaged, so a stay begins the day you arrive rather than several days after it, once staff have been found and a kitchen stocked. That is the standard on every property we source, not an upgrade priced above it.

How this works
Property is arranged against a brief rather than listed for browsing. Tell us where, when, how many, and what the household needs to do, and we source the property and the staff to match it — then come back with a proper quote, the same way we would for a yacht or an aircraft not already in the fleet. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you agree it.
