About Sea Owl
A 62-metre Feadship launched in 2013, with exterior and interior both by Winch Design. She sleeps twelve guests in seven cabins with a crew of eighteen, and spends winter between the Bahamas and the Leeward and Windward Islands.
The interior is unusually detailed: bookshelves and hand-finished panelling throughout, map replicas on the ceilings, and a staircase wrapped in a carved mahogany tree, with a painted lift beside it. The saloon has a fireplace and full-height glass doors aft; dining is at a pietra dura table under a Chihuly chandelier. The master takes the full beam on the main deck with an office, and the lower-deck cabins each have their own theme, with one suited to a nanny or extra guest.
The bridge deck is a family room with a sky lounge that doubles as a cinema, a gym and massage room, and a classroom for children. Two Hodgdon tenders, Seabobs, e-foils, six kayaks, paddleboards, an inflatable slide and pool, skis and six sets of dive gear are carried.
